Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality assurance and control processes within the institute. Responsibilities include implementing quality standards, conducting regular audits, assessing outputs, identifying potential improvements, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The Quality Specialist will also collaborate with teams to ensure clear communication and effective execution of quality procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and enhance quality standards
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration and reporting
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in a quality-focused role is a plus
