₹2,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 a year We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of diagnostic imaging reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in radiography or medical imaging technology, with a keen eye for quality control and clinical documentation standards. This role plays a vital part in maintaining diagnostic excellence, supporting radiologists, and ensuring patient safety through rigorous QA processes.
Key Responsibilities Review and verify diagnostic reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to clinical protocols. Conduct quality assurance checks on CT, MRI, and other imaging modalities to ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to identify, discuss, and resolve any inconsistencies or reporting discrepancies. Maintain detailed and organized records of report reviews, QA findings, and corrective actions. Support the continuous improvement of quality systems and reporting processes across diagnostic operations. Participate in internal audits and contribute to standard operating procedure (SOP) development. Provide feedback and training inputs to enhance report accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology. Prior experience in diagnostic imaging, clinical QA, or radiology workflow management preferred.
Required Skills Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and radiological terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical documentation tools. Analytical mindset with a strong focus on precision and compliance. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
