We're Hiring – Head of Quality Assurance (Textiles & Technical Textiles)

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Are you a skilled Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in technical textiles, coatings, laminations, and home furnishings?

We're looking for a passionate leader to strengthen our quality systems and drive process excellence across our textile manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the QA function across dyeing, weaving, finishing & coating units

Implement and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards

Drive process optimization and RFT improvement

Manage vendor quality and cross-functional coordination

Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean & Six Sigma tools.

Qualification: B.Tech in Textile Engineering

Experience: 8+ years in Quality Assurance & Process Control in textiles or technical textiles

Strong exposure to woven, laminated, coated, and home furnishing products

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
