Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to oversee and ensure the quality of processes within an organization. This includes adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), designing sampling strategies, monitoring process quality checks, and ensuring completion of internal and external calibration sessions.

Additionally, this position involves preparing and updating quality standard documentation, publishing quality-related reports and SLAs on time, and assisting the operations team in customer complaint resolution. Regular performance reviews with the QA team, compilation of management information systems (MIS), and employee performance review support are also key responsibilities.
