Drive Business Growth as an Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly driven individual to lead multi-layered teams and prioritize continuous learning and improvement. This role requires a relentless focus on execution, data-driven decision making, and a high sense of ownership.

  • This position entails taking complete ownership of project execution, including financial management.
  • Taking up existing projects and optimizing them through close collaboration with the product team.
  • Handling general operations such as daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  • Analyzing training needs and providing training to enhance team performance.
  • Collecting feedback regularly and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitoring team performance to achieve key results areas (KRAs).
  • Mentoring and motivating student workforce members, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  • Implementing pilot projects.
  • Suggesting process improvements at every level within operations.
  • Setting goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Two years of relevant experience in managing operations teams.
  2. Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  3. Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  4. Excellent people management, team building, and program management skills.
  5. A strong inclination towards producing high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
  6. A higher-than-normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action.
  7. Relevant educational qualification.
  8. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
