Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Accounts, Credit, and overall financial management
  • Ensure timely statutory and legal compliance
  • Manage budgets, fund allocations, and cost control strategies
  • Generate and monitor cash flow, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports for informed decision-making
  • Liaise with financial institutions and partners to drive business growth
  • Train and evaluate finance staff to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular meetings and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor contractor services to optimize resource allocation
Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of hotel/resort finance experience with strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with excellent communication and team management abilities
