Job Title: Senior Leader in Accounting and Finance

We are seeking a senior-level leader with exceptional integrity, ethics, and professionalism to oversee our accounting and finance operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing accounting and general operations of staffing companies, with a proven track record of driving financial excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the accounting and finance team to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing strategic guidance on financial planning and budgeting

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 15+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, corporate finance, payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, benefits, and multi-currency accounting
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP and handling 1000+ employee payroll
  • Experience working with staffing companies or IT services companies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of central and state compliances for accounting and payroll
