Position: Senior Accounts Officer
Location: Rajhans Montessa, Beside Le Meridien Hotel, Magdalla Road, Surat
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days/Timings: Mon-Sat, 10 am to 6 pm

A premium waste management company based near Magdalla, Surat, is looking to hire a Senior Accounts Officer to lead core accounting functions including finalisation, taxation compliance, and ledger management. This is an on-site, full-time role ideal for experienced accounting professionals seeking stability, structured benefits, and long-term growth in a purpose-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle finalisation of accounts and month-end closing

  • Ensure accurate GST & TDS accounting and compliance

  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledgers

  • Coordinate with internal teams for accounting accuracy

  • Manage basic taxation documentation and processes

  • Work on MCS Accounting Software for daily accounting tasks


Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in accounting

  • Education: B.Com/Equivalent

  • Location: Must be currently based in Surat

  • Software: Working knowledge of MCS or similar accounting tools

  • Communication: Basic English needed


Compensation & Benefits

  • Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month's salary annually

  • Leave: 15 days paid leave per year (encashable)

  • Appraisals: Annually, post 9 months of employment

  • Retention Benefit: 10% of salary retained for 20 months, repayable after 24 months

  • PF: Applicable if salary < ₹15,000

  • ESI: Applicable if salary < ₹22,000

  • Professional Tax: ₹200/month applicable to all employees
