Senior Operational Leader

We are seeking a seasoned operational executive to spearhead the in-country delivery of our India strategy. As the most senior representative in India, you will oversee operations, governance, and compliance for three entities, manage a talented team of 11, and foster seamless collaboration with international colleagues.
You will play a key role in aligning regional delivery with global priorities, ensuring effective oversight, HR management, legal obligations, and cross-border reporting are managed proficiently. With a strong grip on strategic planning, team leadership, financial planning, and reporting across all business units, you will be responsible for driving mission-led objectives focused on professional development, engineering excellence, and social impact.
- Operate as legal representative and Director for all Indian entities, ensuring local laws and internal policies are upheld.
- Oversee budgeting, team management, financial planning, and reporting across all business units.
- Lead and develop the Bengaluru-based team; mentor managers and foster a high-performance culture.
About You:
- Proven operational leadership experience in India - ideally in a professional membership body, association, or similarly regulated environment.
- Exceptional understanding of governance, compliance, and HR practices.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Ability to drive strategy with warmth, rigor, and agility.
