Lease Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of our Lease Abstraction team.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a global team responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Lease Abstraction team.
  • Collaborate with business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive global integration and standardization in India, working with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership to build a better global infrastructure through policies, standard operating procedures, and training/cross-training for India Managed Services teams.
  • Contribute vision and leadership to MRI's Services strategic plans and objectives to deliver technology initiatives in support of organization growth.
  • Optimize solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage abstraction projects by conducting regular meetings and resolving issues, process improvement.
  2. Responsible for training and onboarding of new abstractors to develop the team.
  3. Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things, execution, communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field and managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, problem-solving, client-centric focus, and a collaborative mindset.
