The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong technical expertise and a proven track record of success in managing complex broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure.
This role involves developing and executing proactive maintenance projects, configuring, and documenting broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving escalated issues from Tier 3 Incident/Response & Tier 2 Site Operations Teams, identifying patterns in technical issues, and developing solutions to ensure consistent fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute proactive maintenance projects to ensure optimal performance and reliability of global experiential and event production fleet.
- Configure and document broadcast streaming and experiential & event technology infrastructure to support seamless operations.
- Resolve escalated issues from Tier 3 Incident/Response & Tier 2 Site Operations Teams, utilizing scripting to develop efficient methods to configure and deploy hardware and software infrastructures.
- Identify patterns in technical issues and develop solutions to ensure consistent fleet operations, coordinating with partner services, client teams, and SMEs to provide global support.
- Support experiential site operations as needed, including project setup and various event or show elements.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in event technology, live streaming, and broadcast technologies.
- Proficiency in IP-based video, audio, control, and lighting systems, as well as IT system administration of Windows and Linux-based systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
