Job Title:
Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee F&A sales initiatives, build client relationships, and drive revenue across our expanding portfolio.
- Develop and execute annual, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Formulate account acquisition strategies for new opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Track outsourcing opportunities through organic lead generation, targeted campaigns, and peer networking to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Responsible for new business development, negotiations, and commercial contracts in line with proposed growth targets.
- Guide the solutioning team in researching the customer's current situation, challenges, and areas of improvement, finding solutions, designing solutions, and reviewing solutions for final presentation to clients.
- Map accounts to have a ready reckoner of process owners, influencers, gatekeepers, decision makers, etc.
Team Management:
- Guide the Sales team in proposal/presentation preparation, review proposals/presentations from customer challenge and solution offered perspectives.
- Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, defining and justifying projects, negotiating resources, launching project teams, managing team activities, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Execute development and roll-out of domain training programs internally in partnership with the F&A team to build competency.
Process Efficiency & Expectations:
- Review reports on the status of contracts indicating status about financial situations and provide guidance and recommendations for improvements, working closely with the BD Head to assess against targets.
- Manage management dashboards/progress of new and existing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Improve domain-specific process efficiency and effectiveness to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Retention & Renewals:
- Has complete responsibility for keeping track of contract tenures and terms.
- Will be responsible for renewal and retention of contracts in coordination with LOB heads.
- Managing client expectations for operational excellence.
- Engagement/C-SAT.
- Regional ownership for Growth Operations.
- Team development and performance.
- E-SAT.
- Minimal attrition.
- Rewnewal Contracts - On time as per the contract tenure.
- Retention of clients - Maintain Continuity by constantly receiving feedback and acting upon by meeting expectations or managing expectations.
