Key Account Manager - Residential

The successful candidate will oversee and drive the expansion of business in the Residential segment across an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid on and secure new projects in the Residential segment by fostering strong relationships with project owners, builders, architects, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the National Manager Residential to ensure seamless transitions from quote to cash delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with top developers in the assigned territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to drive high growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate Engineers with specialization in Civil or Mechanical streams.
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous.
  • Relevant experience of 10-12 years in the same industry.
