  • Propose innovative HR initiatives, policies, and processes to competency leaders.
  • ID critical positions for succession-plans.
  • Develop and deploy performance management agendas for respective business units.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders on employee performance plans.
  • Lead year-end moderation discussions for employee appraisal processes.
  • Manage annual compensation reviews for sub-SBU.
  • Guide and coach managers on conducting performance coaching discussions.
  • Implement and roll out process/policies/plans and initiatives.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations cases.
