Human Resources Strategist Role

Transform your HR career by overseeing people operations, including talent acquisition and employee engagement. As a key member of our organization, you will drive strategic decisions and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Lead the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of employee contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop engaging programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to boost morale and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Lead performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
  • Regularly update HR policies to guarantee legal compliance and clarity for employees.
  • Generate HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and workforce analytics for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
