Customer Relations Specialist

This is a key role in our organization that plays a crucial part in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues and providing comprehensive support.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of concerns.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to resolve service-related issues.
  • Provide assistance with account setup, documentation, and order processing.
  • Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on our services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or a related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
