Account Growth Opportunity

We are looking for a Telecom Account Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, including Middle and Senior management, as well as CXOs.
  • DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH: Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue through effective account management, retention of existing revenue, and driving new product penetration in emerging markets.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate with internal teams (BSG, CE, Networks, etc.) and external partners (Vendors, Clients, etc.) to achieve business targets and meet customer expectations on service delivery.
  • ACCOUNT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Ensure achievement of account business targets on Order booking, Revenues, Collections, New Account identification, and Churn control.

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
