Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through strategic account management. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive product innovation and optimize sales processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Solar and Grid-Tie Inverters.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to continuously improve performance.
  • Establish sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals, and monitor team progress towards meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to drive product innovation, enhance customer value propositions, and optimize sales processes.
