Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead and enhance our NetworkAccess solution for telecom customers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in telecom network planning, FTTx, 5G, GIS technologies, and OSS/BSS systems. They will define the product roadmap, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation to meet the evolving needs of telecom operators.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for NetworkAccess, aligning with business objectives and market demands.

Customer & Market Research: Engage with telecom operators, ISPs, and industry stakeholders to gather insights, identify gaps, and refine product offerings.

Feature Development & Innovation: Drive innovation in telecom network planning, fiber management, and GIS-based solutions to enhance product capabilities.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, GIS, and data science teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of features.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define GTM strategies, pricing, positioning, and customer acquisition plans.

Lead the creation of marketing and communication materials, write whitepapers, blogs, product web pages and content, drive lead generation, and develop technical and business content for the business unit.

- Plan events, manage analyst relations, and create a strong narrative to position the product more effectively in the market, all in alignment with the product vision

Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption.

Customer Success & Adoption: Work with telecom customers to improve user experience, drive engagement, and ensure successful product implementation.

Competitive Benchmarking: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor offerings, and ensure NetworkAccess remains a leading solution in the telecom space.

KPIs & Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and optimize continuously.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in product management for telecom solutions, preferably in FTTx, 5G, or OSS/BSS platforms.

Strong understanding of GIS, network planning, fiber rollout, and telecom nfrastructure management.

Experience in working with telcos, ISPs, or network infrastructure providers.

Technical knowledge of FTTx, RF Planning, Network Inventory Management, and OSS/BSS systems is a plus.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.

Proven track record of launching successful telecom products and managing full product lifecycle.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making.

MBA or equivalent experience in product management, telecom, or technology-related fields preferred.
