Authbridge is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 compliant for information security.About the Role Solutioning Manager will work in close collaboration with sales team to driveconsultative business closures and create solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a solutioning role, with being a partof the central team that works directly with the leaders on solving interesting andlarge-impact problems specifically on product or technology for AuthBridge.Must have work Experience Minimum of 5 years of Consulting or Sales solutioning experience in the B2B space in atechnology driven environment. Experience in doing market & customer research and presenting a coherent picture ofyour research. Outstanding program management with ability to manage multiple, cross-functionalprojects simultaneously. Should have strong business management and analytical skills. Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multipleprojects in a complex, fast-moving environmentKey Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the AuthBridge product and features to providemessaging, value propositions, benefits, and material to support marketing and salesprograms. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to drive aconsistent and compelling product message to effectively promote and facilitate thesale of our products. Present and demonstrate end-to-end product capabilities to all required point-of-contacts at prospective customer's end. Provide value-based solutions to the client to accelerate closure cycle. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and aggressively pursuingpartners with strategic sales solutions. Assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solution via close collaboration withclient's POCs,sales team, product and technology team, delivery teams as required. Gain thorough understanding of the products and continuously learn from newproduct updates and pitch them appropriately to the clients, based on theirrequirements. Promote the advanced Solutions with the sales team, highlighting key differentiatorsand solution benefits that address customer problems. Providing continuous feedback to product development / delivery team / sales teamwith respect to new trends and solution expectation from the customer sides based onmarket demand or research. Continuous engagement with technology, sales and product teams to drive innovations and enhancements to product, thereby creating new opportunities for up-sell or cross-sell across industry. Build strong relationships with clients and continuously explore upsell and cross-sellopportunities for AuthBridge product or services with them, in close collaboration withSales Team.Key Skills: Creative and Innovative Mindset Strong written & verbal communication skills Analytical mind-set and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Should have good exposure and experience w.r.t creating business proposals andresponding to RFQs and RFPs etc. Should be passionate about customer-facing roles. Ability to grasp new technologies and drive executions quickly. Knowledge & experience in SaaS, CRM Tools, Sales & Marketing Tools, Cloud/AWSwould be a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understandtechnical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to themarketplace.
