Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for India & SAARC. Identify, engage, and close deals with telecom operators, ISPs, infrastructure providers, and government bodies.
- Market Expansion & Pipeline Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the telecom customer base across India & SAARC. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high-value enterprise deals.
- Sales Execution & Deal Closure: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure. Manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal submissions to secure business deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key telecom clients in the region. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom solutions, GIS, or enterprise software.
- Skills: Strong understanding of telecom network planning, fiber rollout, FTTx, 5G, and OSS/BSS solutions. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field is a plus.
