Job Summary:.

Pert Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeking an experienced Government Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India, specifically with state and central government agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales to government agencies, with experience working with state police forces, central agencies, and other government organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with government agencies.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at government agencies (IB, Cab Sec, MHA, NHM, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.

- Work closely with government clients to understand their needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions and proposals.

- Oversee all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, service delivery and performance monitoring.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.

Key Skills:

- Proven track record of success in sales.

- Strong understanding of the Indian government market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency:

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business or related field).

- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in sales to government agencies or a similar role.

- Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of government agencies and protocols.

- Experience with state police forces, central agencies and other government organizations is highly desirable.
