We're looking for a customer relationship professional to help us nurture our relationships with customers and deliver a personalized brand experience that goes beyond transactions.

About the Role:

As a customer relationship manager, you'll be the bridge between us and our valued customers. Your role will focus on managing customer relationships through data-driven strategies, personalized communication, and thoughtful engagement initiatives. You'll ensure every interaction reflects our values of warmth, exclusivity, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and segmentation
  • Design and execute personalized communication campaigns (email, WhatsApp)
  • Support loyalty programs, festive gifting, and exclusive customer experiences
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align customer outreach with brand campaigns
  • Track customer purchase patterns and generate insights for retention and cross-selling
  • Assist with customer feedback collection and implement improvement strategies
  • Support store events, exhibitions, and boutique experiences with targeted invitations and follow-ups
  • Prepare customer relationship performance reports and highlight areas of growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of customer relationship, marketing, or customer engagement experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data handling
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and personalization
  • Possession of jewelry, fashion, or luxury lifestyle knowledge is a plus
