Job Description: Our team is seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Manager to oversee various projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MEP and local authority approvals processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on projects, including reviewing drawings and BOQs.
  • Develop and present project milestone plans to the business team.
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to quality standards throughout construction.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover.
  • Apply logical thinking and value engineering to identify cost-saving mechanisms.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle tasks that require hands-on involvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of minutes and communicate risks with mitigation plans.
  • Utilize construction management tools/software efficiently.

Skillset Required:

  • Good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management.
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects accurately.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in workspace fit-out industry as a project management professional.
  • Preferably from D&B or coworking space background.
  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree with specialization in MEP.
