  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in US accent and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Must have a growth mindset and be eager to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ticketing platforms and knowledge bases.
  • Understanding of various support tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, primarily in the US time zone.
