Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery of ServiceNow ITOM implementations, covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and more. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Agile Project Delivery: Manage project lifecycle from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Status Reporting: Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets to leadership.
  • Integration Management: Ensure successful integration of ITOM with existing ITSM processes and the CMDB.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, developers, architects, and platform owners.
  • Liaison Role: Act as liaison between business units and ServiceNow implementation partners or internal developers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and organizational governance.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Workshops and Training: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • User Adoption: Support testing, change management, and user adoption activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
