**Job Overview:** We are looking for a skilled Enterprise IT Professional to join our team at Insight Business Machines Pvt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including VMware, Windows, and Linux systems
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues and outages
- E nsure security through access controls and backups
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Build and maintain internal technical documentation and IT policies
- Monitor and manage backup tasks
- Run restore drills for backup
- Maintain inventory
- Prepare incident and change management reports
- Report daily activities to respective manager
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in system administration
- Good hands-on experience in handling server hardware
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Advance knowledge of Windows Server Operating System
- Basic hands-on experience and knowledge of Linux Operating System, including CLI
- Working experience and knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, IIS, Antivirus
- MCSA / RHCE / RHCA or equivalent is desired
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
