We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brand Brigade Marketing Pvt Ltd in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with customers.


**Key Responsibilities**


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.


Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation.


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.


Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.


Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and present them to the management team.
