Key Role: Channel Growth Specialist

This role serves as the operational backbone of our partner co-sell and channel motion. It is responsible for maintaining program structure, ensuring cross-team accountability, and driving execution across initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in program management, partner operations, or channel management with strong familiarity with partner ecosystems.

This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, Partner Managers, and portals to ensure that program goals are met on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Manage trackers, calendars, milestones, and goal updates to drive success.
  • Operating Rhythms: Establish and maintain operating rhythms (biweekly syncs, quarterly planning, QBR preparation) to foster collaboration and progress.

This requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in program management, partner operations, or channel management.
  • Familiarity: Strong familiarity with Microsoft CSP/ACE/OCP CRM experience and partner ecosystems.
