Job Role: Account Growth Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing POSP agents for Motor & Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agent Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a network of POSP agents to sell Motor & Health Insurance.
  • Business Development: Foster strong relationships with agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Training & Support: Provide regular training and support to agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy renewals through effective relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Sales Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance sales, preferably in the Motor or Health sector.
  • Agency Channel Experience: Proven experience of working with POSP agents or Agency channels.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively manage agents and customers.
