Job Description:

As a strategic leader, you will oversee the delivery of key corporate and supporting systems, ensuring seamless integration and maintenance. Your expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and multi-generational project planning will drive business objectives forward.

You will define and build key performance metrics, providing actionable analytics and business intelligence capabilities to inform data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with third-party suppliers to evaluate their performance and manage relationships effectively.

This role requires strong partnership skills to prioritize project activities within resource availability, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and communication. You will lead change efforts by fostering innovation and continuous improvement, while leveraging your technical knowledge to execute projects using quality models and tools like CMMi and ISO standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, Prototyping, Agile (XP and SCRUM), and Quality Management frameworks

* Experience in Microsoft .Net Technologies, HRMIS, and Accounting software

* Good design and architecture skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, multithreading, caching, Security, business & data layers) or SOA-based applications

* Working experience in designing and architecting web-based solutions using VB.Net, ASP.Net, AJAX, JavaScript, Advanced Java, J2EE, etc., development technologies

* Knowledge of SQL and Oracle database management

* Ability to develop enterprise-wide strategy, plan, design, and build databases, data warehouses, data marts, etc.

* Familiarity with different estimation techniques, such as FPA and Work Breakdown Structure

* Thorough understanding of Web and Windows Services

* Knowledge and experience in AI, ML, and other emerging technologies in financial systems
