Contract Management Opportunities

As a Contract Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of energy across renewables, green hydrogen, and sustainable infrastructure. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for managing contracts from drafting to negotiation, ensuring that agreements are clear, comprehensive, and enforceable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Contracts:
    • Prepare clear and comprehensive agreements that protect organizational interests.
    • Review terms and conditions to identify risks, liabilities, and ambiguities, and negotiate favorable terms while ensuring balanced risk allocation.
  • Risk Identification and Management:
    • Proactively assess contractual, commercial, and execution risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Provide early warnings to management regarding potential exposures and maintain a risk register.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
    • Maintain an organized contract repository, including approvals, correspondence, and variations, and track milestones, obligations, guarantees, insurance, and payments.
    • Ensure audit readiness and transparency in reporting.
  • Continuous Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track key dates and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions.
  • Dispute Prevention and Resolution:
    • Monitor performance and obligations to minimize conflicts, manage claims preparation and defense, and engage in negotiations, settlements, or formal dispute resolution to safeguard organizational interests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have strong experience in contract management, negotiation, and risk assessment, as well as proven ability to manage documentation, reporting, and dispute resolution. A full-time B.Tech degree (any stream) and 9-12 years of experience are required.
