Production Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Officer to join our team. As a key member of our production operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate process sequences through computer systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining efficiency in production operations.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, warehouse management, engineering, and safety departments, to ensure seamless coordination and minimize downtime.
  • Perform activities as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with DCS operators to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Fully document Batch Production Chemical Records (BPCR) and Usage Log Books online, adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines.
  • Develop SOPs, MPCR/BPCR, protocols, and conduct OQ/PQ activities of equipment as required, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify and report near misses, incidents, or deviations to senior authorities and enforce adherence to safety and cGMP norms among colleagues.
  • Provide job training to contract personnel for shift operation activities, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of production processes and quality control measures, with the ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Proficiency in operating computer systems and software applications relevant to production processes, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
