Merchandiser Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled merchandiser to manage the entire process of getting leather products from design to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective production while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders from initial inquiries to final shipment.
  • Identify and procure materials, components, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient and timely production.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the same field
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, and develop solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with different types of leather, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices.
