Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Coordinator to manage the entire process of delivering products that meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This role demands strong coordination, costing knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the Design team for seasonal collections based on customer requirements.
  • Develop samples, negotiate prices, and confirm orders with buyers.
  • Process material orders within timelines and improve budget and costs.
  • Adapt to changing environments and challenges while maintaining independence and attention to detail.
  • Handle small and high-value business with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate technical know-how of woven garment manufacturing processes.
  • Provide leadership and management experience with a high level of ownership and commitment.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel Merchandising, or Fashion Technology.
  • 1-8 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a woven garment factory with buyer handling experience.
  • Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, costing, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
