Job Title: Production Line Specialist

As a Production Line Specialist, you will be stationed at the customer's coil coating facility and serve as the primary technical point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Line Monitoring
    • Supervise daily operations of the coil coating line to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
    • Track process parameters and identify deviations or inefficiencies that may impact production quality.
  • Customer Issue Resolution
    • Address and resolve technical concerns raised by the customer related to coating defects, line stoppages, or quality inconsistencies in a timely and effective manner.
    • Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
  • Paint Stock Management
    • Monitor paint consumption and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure seamless production continuity.
    • Coordinate timely replenishment of paint stock and ensure proper storage and handling procedures are followed.
  • Daily Technical Service Activities
    • Conduct routine checks on equipment, coating quality, and process stability to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare daily service reports and share insights with internal teams to facilitate continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Process Documentation
    • Maintain logs of technical interventions, line performance metrics, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision making.
    • Support audits and quality reviews with relevant documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Educational Background:

  • A degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • A strong understanding of coating line operations and paint chemistry is essential.

Work Experience:

  • 3–8 years of experience in coil coating or industrial paint application process is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools is necessary.
