About the Role

We seek a high-energy leader to drive growth in our education-focused SaaS vertical. This role combines B2B enterprise sales, channel management, and marketing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales of iDreamCareer's SaaS solutions to individual counselors, companies, and education enterprises.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities and managing sales cycles.
  • Build and manage networks of sales partners to extend reach and scale distribution efficiently.
  • Cultivate career counselor community.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on social media campaigns, events, webinars, and institutional outreach strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 7-10 years of experience in SaaS sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in education or edtech.
  • Demonstrated success selling to K-12 schools, higher education institutions, or enterprise learning teams.
  • Experience in channel partner management, including recruitment, enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and consultative approach to sales.
  • Excellent relationship management with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
