To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: EdTech/Inside Sales experience is essential.
  • Leadership: Proven team leadership in the education industry.
  • Communication Skills: A strong command of English (verbal & written).
  • Client Handling: Excellent client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.
