  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and meeting sales targets in the education domain.\
  • This role requires a proactive and target-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.\
  • Key Responsibilities:\

    • Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors.\
    • Drive the team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas.\
    • Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis.\
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.\
    • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients.\
    • Oversee CRM/database usage to track leads, client interactions, and conversion ratios.\
    • Conduct weekly reporting of team sales goals and performance to upper management.\
    • Provide training and mentorship to the team to enhance productivity.\
    • Identify new sales opportunities and develop client acquisition strategies.\
    • Address client queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.\
    • Stay updated on all industry trends.\
    • Required Skills & Competencies:\

      • Proven experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.\
      • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.\
      • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\
      • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.\

      • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.\
      • Sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.\
