Team Management & Development:
- Lead a team of experienced educators, instructional designers, and content specialists in developing engaging curricula and learning materials.
- Assign projects, manage workloads, and conduct performance evaluations for team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise in curriculum design and development.
Curriculum Design & Development:
- Oversee the creation of comprehensive curricula, instructional materials, assessments, and learning resources, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and industry standards.
- Establish rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence in all curriculum products.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure relevance in the curriculum.
Project Management & Operations:
- Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, prioritizing timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Implement efficient workflow processes and optimize curriculum development procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate curriculum into broader company offerings and improve stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with extensive experience may be considered.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.
- Proven experience in leadership or managerial roles overseeing curriculum development projects and managing a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
