Project Manager for SaaS Implementations

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in delivering SaaS projects for enterprise clients. As part of our Professional Services Team, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.
  • - Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • - Liaise with internal teams and clients to manage project progress.
  • - Monitor risks and issues, and proactively escalate them.
  • - Provide regular updates and align stakeholders on goals and expectations.
  • - Support QA checks to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • - 5-10 years of experience in SaaS project management/delivery (enterprise or professional services preferred).
  • Education:
  • - Bachelors degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 a plus).
  • Skills:
  • - Practical knowledge of project planning, risk & issue management.
  • - Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions.
  • - Familiarity with SaaS deployment practices & industry standards.
  • - Hands-on with PM tools (Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
