Product Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the evolution of our recruitment management software. This strategic consultant role requires an expert with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record in delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end recruitment software enhancement projects.
  • Design and implement AI-driven modules, such as resume parsing and candidate matching.
  • Revamp and optimize existing infrastructure for scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and delivery milestones.
  • Lead a team of developers, testers, and AI specialists.
  • Ensure robust documentation and deployment practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development and project delivery.
  • Strong command over PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
  • Prior experience with recruitment software or job portal platforms is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time.
  • Exposure to AI/ML integration in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
