Project Director for Utility-Scale Energy Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee the execution and after-sales service of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in India.

This involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and leading service support during the operational phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
