We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of our Tech and D2C initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, aligning teams, and ensuring every project lands successfully and on time.

This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to get work done across multiple teams and stakeholders.

You'll be the backbone of our project delivery process-managing timelines, coordinating teams, and driving accountability across vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop clear project plans with timelines, milestones, and accountability trackers.
  • Follow-ups & Discipline: Ensure rigorous follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors-no delays, no loose ends.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the central point of execution between Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor deliverables against KPIs, prepare structured updates, and escalate risks where required.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Drive accountability with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Process Building: Implement SOPs, checklists, and dashboards for structured and transparent project experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in project management, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments.
  • Execution Expertise: Proven record of driving projects to completion-fast, accurate, and without constant supervision.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Sharp focus on timelines, dependencies, and project details.
  • Strong Communicator: Can influence and push multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver on time.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: Works well in high-pressure, growth-stage environments with shifting priorities.
  • Tools Expertise: Comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related fields.
  • PMP/Agile certification is an advantage.
