Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal agreements and contracts, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and employment-related documents.
  • Support senior legal team members in handling regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough research on legal topics and prepare summaries and notes for the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all legal files and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare responses to notices, queries, or legal correspondence.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
