Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Professional to fill the position of Relationship Manager - Resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance, with experience in managing mid-market and emerging large corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing borrower accounts, including regular monitoring and follow-ups
  • Providing expert advice to borrowers in turnaround situations, developing sustainable business plans, and implementing rehabilitation packages
  • Managing stressed assets, including performance monitoring, benchmarking, and adherence to stipulated terms
  • Designing and implementing early warning triggers for allocated accounts, closely monitoring operational and financial performance
  • Formulating recovery strategies post-factoring legal options

Technical Competencies:

  • Credit analysis and financial statement review
  • In-depth knowledge of various industries and RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring
  • Strong understanding of legal forums and applicable laws
  • Excellent note making skills and good command over written and spoken communication
