We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to lead teams responsible for managing HR related queries from clients, line managers, vendors, and other third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading teams managing HR helpdesk for global employees
- Excellent understanding of core HR operations, voice, emails, and chat operations
- Experience in using workflow/case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
- Good understanding of various HR Systems/applications, MIS, quality methodology, and service level agreements
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in a similar role
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education
- Should be comfortable with night and rotational shifts on a 24/7 basis
