Job Title: Helpdesk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Tier 1 HR helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various core HR Operations and be proficient in Voice, Emails and Chat Operations.

About the Role:
The Helpdesk Manager will be responsible for managing Tier 1 HR related queries from client employees, line managers, vendors, and other third parties. This involves leading teams, using workflow/case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc., and ensuring good understanding of various HR Systems/applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for global employees
  • Experience in using Workflow/case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
  • Strong understanding of various HR Systems/applications
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting
  • Understanding of Quality Methodology and tools
  • Understanding of Service level agreements and contractual compliance requirements
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Desired Experience Range - 10 to 12 years
