Job Description:

Ecommerce Manager is responsible for demand and supply projections, holding strong relationships with partner PoC's and stakeholders, ensuring synchronization in end-to-end supply chain and processes related to Ecommerce operations, maintaining availability of SKUs across channels as per standards set by the organization, controlling returns and post delivery issues, and proposing data-driven suggestions to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand and supply projections and planning - both internally as well as with external partners.
  • Hold strong relationships with partner PoC's and stakeholders.
  • Ensures synchronization in end-to-end supply chain and processes related to Ecommerce operations.
  • Maintain availability of SKUs across channels as per standards set by the organization.
  • Controls returns and post delivery issues.
  • Propose data driven suggestions to optimize our operations.
Requirements:
  • The desired candidate must be proficient in analytics, derive insights from available data and make strategic decisions.
  • Prior experience with Ecommerce operations is a must.
  • Experience 3-4 years preferred.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Urge to learn and excel.

Compensation Package:
