We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at GSPANN Technologies, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a challenging role and drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base. Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services industry and be able to navigate complex technical sales environments. A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this position.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and sales leadership, preferably in the IT services sector.
- A deep understanding of the eCommerce, Marketing, Cloud, Analytics, and Web technologies landscape.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to source new business opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as technical expertise to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
